You can travel stress-free with our Annual travel insurance. We cover big family holidays, city breaks, long weekends and even those pesky last-minute work trips. With Annual travel insurance, you'll save time and money.

Our one year travel insurance is designed specifically with frequent travellers in mind. With our multi-trip travel insurance, there's no need to buy separate insurance each time you travel, and you'll be covered for every trip you take during the year. We can provide worldwide travel cover protecting you across the globe or more regional cover if you're heading to Europe, the USA, Australia, staying in the UK or anywhere else.  Below is some more information about our products, for which Terms and Conditions apply. Please visit the policy information hub for full details.

With yearly travel insurance from Allianz Assistance, you can choose the level of cover that's right for you. Our annual multi-trip insurance is designed for frequent travellers, so you'll be covered for as many trips as you like, up to 31 days maximum over a 12-month period.

You can buy cover for European or worldwide travel cover (either including or excluding the USA and Canada), depending on your plans. Plus, if you have some fun activities lined up, you can add winter sport and ski cover at the same time.

When you take out one of our annual holiday insurance policies, you have the choice to get covered straight away or delay your start date by up to 31 days. Plus you don't need to tell us when you're going away, so there's one less thing to worry about.

With our annual travel insurance, you only pay once for 12 months' cover and you're then protected for all your holidays. Plus, the more times you travel, the greater the savings become. Just make sure you buy your annual travel insurance policy as soon as you book your first holiday, so you'll be protected right away.

Get covered for trips across the year with annual multi-trip travel insurance.

Annual multi-trip travel insurance policies protect you for medical cover if you become poorly or injured while you're away. We can also help cover emergency medical expenses (including repatriation back to the UK), personal accident and personal liability cover. Plus you'll get 24-hour access to a GP consultation service.

Our yearly holiday insurance can also help protect you should you need to cancel or cut short your trip, support for missed or delayed departures as well as lost, damaged or stolen personal possessions. With an annual multi trip policy, you are protected for all your trips throughout the year, subject to a maximum trip duration, which includes trips in the UK or abroad.

The table below shows what is covered and the limits for each section of the annual travel insurance policy for our Bronze, Silver and Gold annual multi trip cover levels.

For full details about our annual cover plans, please see the wording in the Policy Information Hub.

Please be aware that pre-existing medical screening is temporarily unavailable with our travel insurance products. We are actively working to restore this feature.

In the interim you may be able to obtain an alternative travel insurance policy to cover pre-existing medical conditions by referring to MoneyHelper for a list of specialist travel insurance providers for people with serious medical conditions. Do take time to study and compare the terms and conditions to ensure you have the cover you need.

Understanding our claims process

You'll need your policy number to submit your claim to us. This is available in your certificate of insurance which is sent to you when you take out cover.

It's a good idea to take your policy information with you on your trip so you can provide us with all the necessary details in order for us to help.

Once we receive your claim, it'll be assessed by our experienced team.

To speed up the assessment of your claim please make sure to include all applicable information and evidence such as receipts, booking confirmations, hotel reservations and crime reference numbers. If you fail to provide all the necessary information this will cause a delay in processing your claim.

Once our team has assessed your claim we'll be in touch with you via your preferred contact method to confirm the outcome and inform you of any next steps.
